Factors supporting digital pedagogical competence of primary education teachers in Indonesia

چکیده

Teachers must have digital pedagogical competency in order to instruct their pupils the 4.0 industrial revolution age. The creative ability of educators West Sumatra is insufficient. As a result, they be able employ variety learning strategies. goal this research discover factors that contribute teachers’ mastery competence and analyze competence. This study used sample size 94 teachers from three locations, namely, Padang, Bukit Tinggi, Solok, based on educational level, age, gender. information was gathered through use questionnaires, which had been verified for validity reliability. findings revealed there are characteristics promote instructors’ construct tools analysis assessment. It suggested systematic training provided development competency.
